Brooklyn began her career working with animals in 2021 as a dog groomer and advanced into a management role within the grooming salon. She developed a strong passion for animal care and client relations, taking pride in creating positive experiences for both pets and their owners. Since joining Medway Animal Hospital in 2025, Brooklyn has been dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients while ensuring each visit is welcoming and seamless. She also enjoys supporting her team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two dogs Bella and Lyra and horseback riding with her horse Celeste.
