Tess has a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and an associate’s degree in Animal Care. She has a background in obedience training and basic grooming knowledge as well. Tess began working in the veterinary field in 2016. She has a passion for canine behavior and client education. She especially enjoys working with the doctors in exam rooms getting to know patients. Tess has four dogs of her own- Johnathan the Pomeranian, Evelyn and Edward the papillons, and Pamela the Chihuahua/Pekingese mix.

Nikki grew up in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, and began working at Medway Animal Hospital in March 2026 as she builds her career in veterinary medicine.

Fallon joined the customer care team at Medway Animal Hospital in 2013. She began her veterinary career as a kennel assistant in Foxboro in 2009.
